Hello! I am Blanca, born and raised in Los Angeles, California USA. I have spent the last several years as a consultant in many areas of Nutrition as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. (RDN License valid in California)
By far my favorite topic is Mother and Child nutrition, there are so many wonderful things happening at the beginning of a person’s life and I enjoyed helping parents figure it all out.
But as I became a mother myself, I have learned some insight into what it really is like for mothers (and fathers) to juggle work, home and family life. My expertise is in nutrition but will always come with a personal note on how it worked out for me.
